New civil case filing fee in chancery court- $40
New civil case filing fee in circuit court- $40
Traffic violations-
assessment for DA/assistant DAs would increase from $1.50 to $10.
Implied consent law violations-
assessment for DA/assistant DAs would increase from $1.50 to $10.
Game and fish law violations-
assessment for DA/assistant DAs would increase from $1.50 to $10.
Other misdemeanors-
assessment for DA/assistant DAs would increase from $1.50 to $10.
Other felonies-
assessment for DA/assistant DAs would increase from $1.50 to $10.
New assessment for judicial salaries- $75
